Holston Hills Country Club

Very deeply disappointed with the service at the Restaurant, the waitress was very nice and did nothing wrong. My entree came out with completely wrong toppings including cheese. I asked for it to be corrected politely once the server came back and she brought it back. Where the kitchen staff scraped off the cheese and flipped the patty over to try to give the illusion it is a new patty. Before it was taken to the kitchen it was given time to cool down and flies were crawling on it. By the time I got the burger back I had a cold burger and fries that flies were already familiar with. I am deeply disappointed that this is the service presented here.

Holston Hills Country Club is honestly one of the most beautiful and well maintained courses I have been to in the Knoxville area. From the second you pull onto the property, the entire place has a classic and welcoming feel to it. The course itself is in fantastic shape with well kept fairways, smooth greens, and scenery that makes the whole experience even better. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the course and facilities. The layout is fun and challenging without being frustrating, which makes it enjoyable whether you are a serious golfer or just out there trying to relax and have a good time. The clubhouse and overall atmosphere feel very professional while still being comfortable and inviting. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful which made the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you are there to golf, eat, attend an event, or just spend time with friends, this place really stands out as one of the nicer country clubs around East Tennessee. Definitely somewhere I would look forward to coming back to again.

A well run, five star course. High degree of difficulty, mostly due to many, many bunkers, all with a 2 to 3 foot high-side facing the green. Well maintained, fringe off the fairway is 3 to 4 inches tall. This makes off-fairway shots sometimes difficult to find your ball. Greens are fast.
